Nokomis East Food Shelf
Crosstown Covenant
5540 30th Avenue S
Food distribution is the 2nd & 4th Wednesdays
The Nokomis East Food Shelf is a community partnership to provide good food for our neighbors. Trinity partners with Crosstown Covenant Church, Good in the Hood, and the Nokomis East Neighborhood Association to make this outreach possible. Volunteers are the backbone of this food shelf.
There are a variety of afternoon shifts and tasks on distribution days, including pallet unloading (40# lifting required), early set-up/organize food for distribution, assist and interact with people coming to get food, and tear-down/clean-up at the end of distribution.
Every Meal
We are excited to be in partnership with Hiawatha Leadership Academy and Every Meal to support the families at Hiawatha Leadership Academy. We will be providing food for children in need of food during school breaks and weekends. Volunteers are needed now to place food in bags into lockers and backpacks at the school. There are opportunities to hand out food at the school as well as pack food at the Roseville warehouse.
If you are unable to serve but would like to make a financial contribution to help cover the cost for food, CLICK HERE.

Metro Hope
Metro Hope provides Christ-centered residential care for those seeking freedom from addiction through New Hope Center for men and Healing House for women with children. We partner with Metro Hope by providing mentors for residents who choose Trinity as their church and participating in opportunities with Metro Hope throughout the year.
Feed My Starving Children
Packing meals at FMSC is a fun way to provide food for people in famine regions. Several shifts are scheduled throughout the year to go as a group and people can go on their own by scheduling online.
Operation Christmas Child
Packing shoeboxes through OCC for children living in areas of poverty or war is a wonderful way for individuals and families to work together, choosing gifts to bless these children.
