Director of Outreach & Assimilation
Ministry description: Oversee International Missions and Local Community Outreach ministries.
Facilitate and assist people to become further connected at Trinity. Provide service opportunities to share
the love of Christ in our community. I love seeing people use their gifts and talents not only to serve
within the church but to minister in the community where we’re planted.
Family: Married with a wonderful family: husband, grown daughter and son, daughter-in-law and
three nearly perfect grandchildren.
Hobbies: Enjoy travel and sight-seeing, reading & movies, and birdwatching. Excited to go to Haiti in March 2013 to meet my Compassion kids (www.compassion.com).

Ministry Administrative Assistant
Ministry Description: I am the receptionist, accounts payable and payroll administrator, and serve as the support person for the Director of Children’s Ministry and the Youth Director.
Background: Ten years ago I took early retirement from Pillsbury after a 31 year career in Sales, to follow a call to serve others and focus on people and relationships and making a difference, rather than the number on the bottom line.
Family: Two amazing adult children, a bonus stepson, their spouses and many grandchildren! My son’s family is in Connecticut, as he is in the Navy submarine force, so I don’t see them near as often as I’d like to!
Hobbies: Reading, going to movies, crafts, crocheting and time spent with friends and family.

Ministry Description: Work with caring ministry and spiritual care. I do hospital visitation,
home visitation, follow-up grief support and health education.
Background: Graduated as an RN in 1963. Worked for 20 years at Deaconess Hospital in
Minneapolis and several years in hospice, case management and grief support.
Family: Widow with 3 children and 10 grandchildren.
Hobbies: I enjoy my grandchildren, reading, playing the piano, and travel.

Ministry Description: To provide design solutions for communication needs of the church.
Background: AA, Visual Communications with an emphasis on Graphic Design.
Family: A wonderful wife named Lisa and two amazing children named Jessica & Joshua
Hobbies: Sometimes I like to dabble in oenology, or on occasion, when I’m less focused,
I also enjoy omniology or panology.

Nursery thru 5th grade; Recruit and train volunteer leaders involved in Sunday School, Wednesday night program and VBS;
Monitor curriculum used in these programs
Background: BS degree in Music Education, vocal and classroom; MS degree in Educational Administration;
K-8 general music/choir, art and history teacher, 20 yrs;
K-8 school principal, 3 yrs; Children’s Ministry Director, 11 yrs; Adult Choir Director, 25 yrs
Family: Joe, husband of 38 yrs; three married adult children; six grandchildren, 5yrs. to 16 months
